April Fool's Day

It was a nice sunny day, I was inside working. I guess the joke was on me.

Jeff and Steve came visit late at night and we decided to walk down to People's Park for dinner. We ran into the crew from Maxie's, the high end salon/ lounge for the ladies two doors down. They are in remodeling mode too as we would be in a week. Great things are coming, folks.

Downtown Waukesha is really the place to be these days. Taylor's People's Park is really right in the heart of it. We sat in the back and I recommended Valley Burger and Park Fries (Sweet Potato). The service is always great there, so is the meal. Last night was no exception.

Steve was quite amazed about the transformation of Waukesha and Jeff commented this is the blueprint of how a city can transform itself these days. He is seeing the similar movement in small cities in Ohio. I am very proud of being part of this business community and I know the job is not done, we still have to spread the success to the West End. The trendy West End that is. ;)
