Mayor Scrima was there to support us and downtown business. He was not the one holding the working big scissors. He also wore a tie.
Alderman Patton and Roger, the Waukesha BID president were there as well.
The clown is the one in the middle in red.

Given Patton's recent bahavior and ability to interject himself into private business dealings without actually consulting said business (The Cooler, Avalon Square) I can only assume he'll be doing tattoos for you guys too. Better watch out or you'll be expanding your business without you even knowing about it. :)
