Old frat buddy Dave G. and his lovely girlfriend Trina (Catriona) came into town from England, I did a new tattoo on him and recolored another from 16 years ago I did when he was here at Carroll.
After the session, Mark S. came and joined us for some dinner at Taylor's People's Park, and the Valley Burger was great as usual. Dave really wanted to see his old hangout: Club 400, which just about all the Carroll people know by heart. What do you know, it was Thursday night, it means Triple Cripple.
For those of you not knowing what Triple Cripple is, good for you. For the ones who knows, let's just say it is my first one in about 17-18 years or so.
I was carded, and boy, I thanked the hostess and shook her hands. I would have hugged her but that would be a little weird.
Trina made plan with Dave to be married in 2.4 years and we even figured out the location. It will be on top of the hill in Greenwich at Queen's Park, right by the Prime Meridian. I was once again asked to perform the wedding ceremony. I guess I will be taking this gig internationally!
It is always good to see old friends, 16 years went by and it was just like yesterday.
