ReplyDeleteI hope the wood shingled mansard roof goes :) I could see some really cool metal awning/canopy up there and it would completely tranform the building.

ReplyDeleteThe benefit of a brick building is that it can go from a crappy 70's/early 80s look to something completely cool and modern with minor exterior tweaks (not that the cost is minor though).
