The wedding ceremony went fairly smooth this morning, I think the groom is more nervous than me. It was a very quick service and I was happy to help out the lovely couple.
No good wedding without wedding crashers, and we had one. A local drunk came in to ask for $100 (to be paid to him) to give him a tattoo, we informed him it is a private event but he would not leave. He declared he is an alcoholic and he has a problem with drinking. Then he was asking about a forearm tattoo and I told him no one will tattoo him if he had been drinking. He then said, "Why do you think I am an alcoholic?" I said, "because you just said so!" Of course he smell of alcohol and this was 10:45am. Rich escorted him out finally.
By the way, the wedding party was kind enough to invite me to the wedding dinner but the full tattoo schedule prevented me to do so. Jeff from Fond Du Lac came into town with a couple of his buddies for some tattoo therapy. I did say I am not quitting my day job!
