J Lotti Pub opens

Formerly Red Stone Pub and Grill is now open as J Lotti Pub with new owners John and Tiffany. I decided to do some investigative reporting myself.

A lot of important people were there when I walked in. Karen from BID, Aimee from Visitors Bureau, and two ladies from Waukesha County Chamber of Commerce (sorry about names), Eric from Sign Shoppe, Alderman Patton, Leticia my neighbor/ American Family insurance agent. That was all the people I recognize, I am sure I missed a few. It is good that the community shows tons of support for this new business.

I was told the full dinner menu will be served by October 2nd, the coming Art Crawl. I notified John that it will also be Carroll U. Homecoming. I did have an appetizer and a Fat Tire. I tried the bacon wrapped water chestnut. Good stuff! It is served with French fries as well. Aimee said the wine is pretty good, I just have to try that the next time, I do need to walk back to the shop standing straight.... yes, I am a light weight. Alderman Patton said the eggplant is good, he ordered it after seeing Aimee's order. I am a bacon guy, so I will have to take their words for it.

Karen and I did discussed Diva Day, I told her about the challenge to get big names to participate. I still hope Wiggy will do it and perhaps Mayor Scrima. Come on, a pink rat tail and a pinky pinkie? Karen suggested the County exec and the two Governor candidates. Hey, VIPs, it is a great photo op to show your support for your diva voters! I hope the ladies at Moxie is ready for this! 10.10.10 will only happen once in our lifetime...
