I saw a new Jackie Chan dvd in the Redbox last night. Out of curiosity, I spent my buck and picked it up.
I knew I was in trouble when I did not recognize the film company, even more when the film is presented in camcorder type quality.
The story is pretty much an acted out public service announcement with Jackie Chan to promote certain social value for the Chinese government to young kids:
Stay in school, learn your Chinese and history, respect the elders.
I want my dollar back!
p.s. I am sure most cops will have giant posters of themselves in heroic poses hanging in their apartment... I guess they do in China.
