Poor Georgie

When Rachel and the pack were walking today, an unleashed Mastiff came out of nowhere and chased Georgie. It turned out to be a new dog being dog sit for the weekend and she was able to nip on Georgie's legs.

Georgie the whippet had bad memories of being attacked as a puppy so he is shy anyway. He was so scared he needed doggie Depend. I think he will be okay, he is resting just fine now.

Poor little guy, he get chased by girl dogs all the time. Once he backed down when he saw a little mole and the mole made a move.... My boy is just not good with confrontations, I guess like father like son. (Ok, not the being chased by girls part...)

Lunch with Mike

I had lunch with college friend Mike, who is quite an established asset manager locally. During conversation that I was informed our mutual friend and bartender Wally had passed away few years ago.

If you had been to John Hawk's Pub, Wally was the nice white haired gentleman behind the bar. We knew him since John Hawk's was on Broadway. He is such a nice man and he took cared of us when we were in college. He was always so proud of her daughter and often show us her photo.

He taught me the trick to jazz up a plain chicken soup by adding lemon juice and lots of pepper and hot sauce. He always had a smile on his face and treat you like you are a long lost friend.

I will miss Wally, and here is a toast to you.

Meeting at Flux Design

We had our design meeting at Flux today, so we shut down the operation and headed to World Headquarter of Flux. Liz and Sham was there for the meeting, and it was productive as usual.

We carefully discussed all the options and went over the possibilities and the budget. I think we came to some good understandings which Steve had prepared me for. We had some decisions to make just like making a decision for a back piece or a sleeve tattoo.

There is no preview I can share yet, but all I can say is that whatever the final design is, it will be great, in detail, and it will make us an instant attraction for the West End.

It is like building a home for three of us, and for all our loyal customers, a great place to just be. We are excited and yet we know we are standing on firm ground with Flux. We will make adjustments to best suite their talent yet make sure what is most important to us is communicated. It is all good, and they now know we do have an open mind and respect their opinion. We know that they will SHOW us in detail and we will not be surprised.

We then had our very first monthly shop meeting at Kiku. We all thought the sushi was great there, but really, we are there for a shop meeting, we are not really there for its mango sushi at all. We did figure out some directions we like to go with the shop. It was a good night.

( Rachel thanks the guys for the doggie bag. ) I am surprised I can blog while still in a Sushi Coma.

What a bargain!

I AM DAMN EXCITED

Folks
We can always criticize, every one will always think that they could have done a better job.I flapped my lips for 4 years blasting ELN management, venting felt great but the pps is @ 7,70 so i gave up pissing in the wind
Rambus is now sitting on circa 1/2 billion dollars, it takes awhile for that to sink IN.
130 million in debt will be retired or converted, results finalized in 48 hours
Sammy was the 1st domino to fall, we ALL know how dominoes work
IF the pps never gets to 100 and levels off @75 would you send Rambus a Christmas card?
My macro view on the market is I am waiting for it to roll over and drop dead BUT
even in a dead market certain grossly undervalued stocks blossom like there's no tomorrow
YOUR years of disappointments are behind you
i recommend picking out your new house and cars, don't buy'em yet but get ready to
This place should turn into Disneyland quicker than most think
i am so perfectly positioned for a tax bill that will balance Uncle Sams budget
hope you are as well
YEP, my friends I don't get emotional about stocks but i sure got a hell of a gut feeling that this baby
will reach puberty in a speed lightening fashion
TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A GROSSLY MISPRICED ASSET
this is the true way to make a fortune on FILTHY WS
buckle up and enjoy the ride

You better check your math. Last quarter they had 500 million....now with 400 million more from Samsung, they have 900 million. They also have a court verdict against Hynix with damages. Hynix currently owes them 460 Million (and it is increasing at about 15-20 million per quarter based on the 4.25% rate on US Sales). So, Rambus has over 900 million in cash as we speak, and will soon have over a 1 Billion in cash even after they pay their convertible bondholders.

Toyota recall

We are a Toyota family, all the cars we have are from Jack Safro. Over the years, we found that they are the most reliable brand we owned so far.

Last November came a recall, something about the floor mat can make the gas pedal stuck, which is quite strange of a recall, that affect wife's car. She use cruise control most of the time anyway since that is the proper way to drive a Prius.

Now there is this expanded recall, a pretty serious problem involving gas pedal again!

However, our cars are not on the list! Even the newest one. I sure will keep an eye on this.

The theory is that Toyota is over-expanding and took the eyes off the quality control, that is the what get them to No.1 in the first place. I hope this is a lesson, an expensive lesson but they will learn.

Black Heart...BUILDING!?

(1) An underground garage was being dug on the south side, to a depth of 4.6 meters
(2) The excavated dirt was being piled up on the north side, to a height of 10 meters
(3) The building experienced uneven lateral pressure from south and north
(4) This resulted in a lateral pressure of 3,000 tonnes, which was greater than what the pillars can tolerate.

Thus the building toppled over in the southerly direction.

If the buildings were closer together there would also have been a domino effect.

They built 13 stories on grade, with no basement, and tied it all down to hollow pilings with no rebar.

Thanks to Uncle John for sharing this.

Extra: how about these "new construction materials" Cardboard walls.

The possible cause...

The sad thing is that ONE worker did get killed.

Something is going on

Something is going on in the beautiful West End of downtown Waukesha behind the scene, and I think it is gonna be all good! Yes, there are some buildings for sale but they might not be there for long. I know the effort to renew the West End is ongoing by a lot of influential people and we sure are willing to contribute what we can!

I do know that in a couple of month, things will be very very different in the West End, not mentioning our own remodeling with Flux Design, and people will start to discover the beauty of it! Are you gonna be standing on the sideline or be a part of this renewal of a wonderful neighborhood?

Waukesha Business Improvement District has a list of available properties, or read this article from our mayor! You can even live here and get all the best downtown Waukesha offers!

Yes, this sounded like a press release or some shameless plug, but just wait and see, you will kick yourself for not get in before the rush if you are an investor. Always do your own DD and invest in potential, the West End has tons of it.

Have you seen our billboard yet? Waukesha Tattoo Company @ Galleria Edge is at 463 W. Main St. Waukesha, WI 53186 and you can read up on us here. Avoid all the traffic and come to the West End through...west end of Main Street. Take Hwy F south off Hwy94 and just go straight through all the stop LIGHTS, cross river and turn LEFT on the very first STOP SIGN, and you are here! We have our own parking lot! Take a minute and look around, you will know what I mean.

Steroid scandal in my household!

I questioned him several times, he said some other cat told him it is just Vitamin D shots. However, it is painfully clear that Tonie is juiced. He does not have a home run record but I know the 'roid rage in his eyes.

It is slowly killing him, but he is hooked. The itch he gets when he is off the juice is just not a sight to see. I just wish he come clean and tell the world the truth: "Is it performance enhancing, you bet it is! Did I lie to the Cat-gress, you bet I did."

I blame the catnip to be the gateway to this. One day the steroid will destroy his liver, and nothing I can do about it. He is who he is and I love him for it.

Keep your eyes open

We are going to change the scenery of Waukesha a little bit. I think today is the day. ;) That is all I can say now.

Stay tuned, more later!

Update:

You can find it at Hwy F right off Hwy 94 going into Waukesha. It is behind the Wonderland Tap!

The joy of ownership

It took Rich about a week, and one day he was alone in the shop and it hit him: "Wow, I kinda own this place!" Rich used to own a shop in Green Bay so compare to him I am just a rookie.

Slowly, things are sinking in for me as well. There are things to be monitored at all time, tasks need to be transformed into parts of the daily routine. Identify any area needs improvement is also important. We do listen to our customers and welcome any suggestions.

It is certainly a different level of responsibility, but there is a lot of joy. Everyday going to work is like a dream and this dream is constantly expanding and refining. The financial freedom enabled us to do a lot more and also reward our best customers. It is a win-win situation.

Standing in this side and looking back, I have no clue how I got here but I know there is no going back. All eyes on the future and more is to come. I think that is truly the joy of ownership: you write your own future and the sense of hope is always there.

The un-official shop mascot

I can not tell you what it is, this is something you have to see.

This object was on display outside Urban Abode for a while, and I had my eyes on it for months. Rich and I made a few comments about it and it is a comedian's dream while provides many photo op.

Yesterday I saw "store closing sale" sign hanging on it, so I called to see what is going on. This item was half of its original price! I just have to do it.

I hope no one took a photo or video of me carrying this giant item down Main Street, but I managed to lift this baby all the way two blocks.

Come on in to meet our new yet-to-be-named un-official mascot of Waukesha Tattoo Company. I can not say it is the biggest in Waukesha County, because I know there is another on Hwy 59, but we like to think it is sufficient for its size.

Another victory for Rambus

People on the Street did not realize how big the victory Rambus got today from International Trade Commission against companies like Nvidia with three patents found valid and infringed.

It means every computer out there has Rambus technology in it. Some of us know that already, but no one wants to pay for it. Other than it being in every single DRAM chips, it is also in every graphic cards and DRAM controllers. It means XBOX as well. Now companies will line up to pay for past infringements and for future use.

It is crazy cheap to get this stock at below $25, they have hundreds of millions in cash right now and they do not make anything but innovate. Do your own DD!

Proud to be an American

When you watch the news and see our Navy's Comfort hospital ship out there, helping the wounded people of Haiti, you can not help but be proud of being an American. It is the best quality in the American spirit and the world is watching!

Have you done your part yet? Try Doctors Without Borders. That is where I donated and I plan to do more.

If you like popcorn, how about getting some of these? Do your part, support what you can. It is the best we can offer, and if we want to rise above all the negative global image, this is a start. Let's show the world our heart and really, little drops collected can be a river. We can do this and we can follow the lead of our proud service men and women and lend a hand.

I am also proud to announce that Waukesha Tattoo Company @ Galleria Edge will have a standing policy of military/police/firefighter discount. We want to give our thanks; you got our backs and we will get yours. ;) (Okay, pun intended.)

Rambus and Sammy

I have a Samsung netbook and a Samsung phone. I can tell the world that I love them now. Samsung settled with Rambus today for 900 million dollars. Some people are disappointed that they get out of potentially paying 4 billion dollars which could have been tripled. I do not mind, a win is a win, and 900 million is more than $0 from yesterday.

There is a saying in Chinese that you throw a stone to ask where the road is. This is a business move to signal the willingness to move everyone from courtroom to the boardroom. Rambus has the superior technology, Samsung has the pipeline of products to push it. I look forward to more products from Samsung, like my devotion to Sony.

This is a 10 year roller coaster, and if you are not a shareholder of RMBS yet, there is still room on the bus, but you better hurry.

Disaster waiting to happen

http://www.hanzismatter.com/2009/12/iphone-app-chinese-alphabet.html

I-phone user beware! This app is really not kool if you try to get stuff translated. THERE IS NO ALPHABET IN CHINESE!

another set here:

http://www.hanzismatter.com/2009/11/another-set-of-gibberish-english.html

If you put two random Chinese characters together, it can be gibberish or can mean something different all together. Please do your homework and double check with someone who know the language BEFORE you get it as a tattoo! Some tattoo artists just don't care, and you can have people giggling in Chinese restaurants but never tell you to your face!

Not everything you find on the web is correct, and now i-phone app! This is really a disaster waiting to happen.

A total loss for Pizzaman

This morning's breaking news is Pizzaman at East Side is still burning and declared a total loss by the fire department.

I had only been in there a couple of times, but the bar next door Cush hosted a tattoo theme event for my former shop once. I believe all the people had escaped from the 10 apartments from above Pizzaman. That is what is really important.

As a new building owner and business owner, I hope they are well insured and now plan to rebuild. Pizzaman is such a East Side institution, I can not imagine it not being at corner of Oakland and North. Change brings new opportunities, that is always a silver lining in wake of a terrible event.

Sense of normalcy

The last month and half had been a big change for my world but I think things are returning to normal. The crew at Waukesha Tattoo is at full strength and my old customers are finding me and booking up appointments. I have Rich and Barry to lean on now, and they will be great co-owners.

There are still works to do but the fundamental stuff are all done. We are just waiting to see what Flux Design had in mind for us. Step by step, we are making this apace to be an unique destination in downtown Waukesha. I really think people will be amazed how beautiful the West End is when they take some time to look around.

I actually was able to go food shopping and made dinner tonight. I can now sit back and let the seeds we planted grow. The future is bright and we are truly happy where we are. Tattoo shop is truly a team sport and I am lucky to have Rich and Barry on the team, not counting all the support behind all three of us. We owe it to our customers to make this place the best it can be: we can and we will.

Come on, NBC!

How can you let this happen? The Leno prime time show was terrible and the Conan show is still great! You do not lead the industry by going backward and let your talent go! It is truly sad when someone does not recognize the asset one have and back the losing horse.

The audience had spoken and people voted with their remote!

It is just a dumb, dumb, dumb move. NBC, way to go.

The promo card SNAFU

Some of you must had received the promo cards, but some were returned to me. It turned out some local post office (mainly Mukwonago and East Troy) considered the cards to be over sized and require 16 cents more!

If you have not received your card, it must be caught in the mix up. :) It should be fixed in the next few days. I will honor the term for returned customer anyway for the month of Jan/ Feb, all you need to do is showing me a tattoo I did on you and you will get the discount! :)

The miracle water of Waukesha

Here is an article I found.

" When Col. Richard Dunbar visited Waukesha in 1868, he went out riding with his sister-in-law near the Fox River. He had suffered for years from incurable diabetes (some sources say Bright’s disease, which affects the kidneys), and he soon felt a desperate thirst.

His sister-in-law led him to a nearby spring, and after drinking its water Dunbar felt transformed. He spent much of his visit recuperating under a massive oak tree beside the spring. When he returned home to New York, however, he relapsed.

A return visit the following year restored Dunbar’s health and convinced him to buy the spring from his sister-in-law. He was soon marketing “Bethesda Spring Water” throughout the country. By 1873 he was shipping thousands of barrels of the water, which reportedly “cures the deadly Bright’s disease, eradicates all diseases of the kidneys, restores the urinary organs to strength and power (and) acts with unerring certainty in giving new life to a languid and overtaxed system.”

Hotels sprung up in Waukesha as customers flocked to the waters. Visits from celebrities like President Ulysses S. Grant and Mary Todd Lincoln established the village as a stylish destination for upper-class tourists from both coasts. Bethesda Spring Water transformed the community from a sleepy rural town into “the Saratoga of the West.”

Col. Dunbar passed away 10 years after discovering the “miracle” spring that made his fortune. Though skeptics doubted its curative powers, his death came not from his lifelong diabetes or kidney failure. Rather, he suffered a heart attack in his sleep."

I should start selling the tap water at work. ;)

There is another article worth reading.

The Black Heart products

People from Asia had known this for a long time, the quality control for Chinese product is just not there. People like brand names and yes, they know the real from the fake.

The biggest problem is the Black Heart products, which a lot of U.S. pet owners found out the hard way few years back. Some people would go so far to make a buck and they do not care what they are selling.

Just a year or two ago, a huge baby formula scandal happened in China that many babies died. The fact is that you can not make a ton of baby formula powder from ONE cow, but it was done and unsafe additive was put in to boost certain nutrition values. People just don't care, it is just about money.

Now there is a warning out with some kid jewelry sold in USA, there are lead and cadmium, which is even worse than lead. It was known by companies for a long time!

This is the worse kind of capitalism. No one should be surprised that one can buy counterfeit artificial heart, fake medicine and bleached pork meat in Asia, now people in the US is getting a taste of this.

One side note regarding earthquake. There were school buildings in China built in concrete but the no metal bars in them. They all collapsed during an earthquake, killing a lot of kids from one child families because only one child is allowed per family. That is the ultimate Black Heart product and for the officials who took bribes and looked the other way.

If this does not get you angry, I do not know what would.

Earthquake

With the recent 7.0 earthquake in Haiti, a lot of earthquake memories came to mind. My heart goes out to all the people affected and I will and encourage all to donate to the international Red Cross to help.

Taiwan is in the "Ring of Fire", however, big earthquake that hit cities hard is rare. Given Taiwan is a lot more modern, the 7.3 that hit Taichung years bad was devastating enough, I can not imagine the damage it caused in Haiti.

As a kid, I only had a few run-ins with noticeable earthquake, nothing like a 7 however. When it happens, you feel like you are drunk, it takes a while to sink in that EVERYTHING is moving. We were lucky to live in concrete and steel rod reinforces buildings. When we were living in 10th floor of this tall apartment building, the earthquake hit when I was in the elevator with several people. Like you would think, it banged around for a while, the power went out and then reset. When I made it back to 10th floor, the glass light fixture of the dining room was all over the table. Taller building is designed to sway in earthquake, so it does not snap in halves.

It is quite impressive that Taipei once had the tallest building in the world, given all the history with earthquake.

It is also possible to have earthquake in Wisconsin, matter of fact, there was one in early morning few years back. I was actually awake when it happened and it was just a minor one. I, for one, like the fact that there is no active volcano in Wisconsin. No hot springs, but no problem!

Rachel, Rachel's parents and my aunt Linda toured Taichung after the earthquake there a year later, I remember seeing the photos in gift shops of how people carry on in towns of twisted metal and broken concrete. My thoughts are with the people out there and the people still trapped.

The Hurt Locker (2008)

Good movie, you will be on the edge of your seats for this one.

Anyone has anything bad to say about the brave service men and women should see this movie and understand the stress and danger one faces over there.

Rent it, own it, just do it.

Sympathetic note from this non-Packer fan

It was a good game, only if the one play-action pass was executed at OT. The whole Wisconsin would had been in a frenzy. Instead, today is a collective mourning day for the Cheeseheads.

I had grown very sympathetic for the Packers since the end of Farve era. They are certainly going toward the right direction. I can not say much for the Bears, the terrible GM decisions continued. I still think it is correct to put the future of the team first instead of giving in to the indecisive aging star.

Hey, Packer fans, at least you are in the playoffs and was one play from advancing. My Bears and Broncos are sitting at home. Cheer up!

Happy Birthday, Aron and Garon

Elvis would have been 75 years old today, so would his identical twin Jesse.

There will be a new Cirque Du Soleil show for him in Vegas opening. I am sure it will be very grand and dazzling. We had seen the Beatles one, and the sound system was built right into the seat. It is really different to hear the music with such clarity yet I did leave there puzzled on the connection between BMX bikes stunts and the Beatles.

To celebrate the birthday of a famous foodie, I think I will go make something to eat in his honor. :)

What a day!

Snow storm is still going as I am typing, and it was an all day thing. I had Randy Sr. coming from Kenosha and Rich had a customer from Green Bay. What a day to travel! They both showed up fine! Rich and I both had a busy but productive day. It was another good day with some really good conversation and art works.

I had a visit from a couple of Waukesha's finest, no, I am not in trouble, just one of my distinguished customers who I will not name just in case, but congrat to the newest detective! He found me so that he is doing pretty good at his job so far! ha ha

We also had a meeting with Nancy from Randall Advertising, Rich and I are both very impressed. She also did the advertising for Kettle Marine Heating and Air Conditioning, I am sure you have seen all the good stuff happening with them. They are actually going to give away a brand new furnace and installation to someone deserving, you should really look them up!

I also had a good phone call with Karen of Waukesha BID, I was informed of the nice grants for outdoor sign and improvement! I sure will forward that to Flux Design!

Things are coming together nicely, Rich and I are really happy going to work everyday. Even at this snowy day, life is good.

Inglourious Bastards (2009)

I watched it on Blue Ray DVD last night. Yes, it was a good story telling and plenty of action and witty lines. Despite the beautiful camera work, I actually felt a little empty after the movie. It is not a serious film, it is a cartoon version of a war movie. Like all Tarantino films, if you just take it as that, then it is just that, an interesting movie and nothing more. If you are expecting a full experience like the Pianist (2002) or even the thoughts after violence in Munich (2005), this is just the wrong movie for you.

If you have seen the Dirty Dozen (1967), and you are bothered by the scene where Jim Brown dropping grenades into the bomb shelter to kill all the Germans men and women, this movie is in the same line of thoughts.

I would suggest a different movie, The Counterfeiters (2007) instead.

By no mean I am saying it is not an entertaining movie, I am just bothered by how cartoon-y it is. I can handle Tarantino chop up Asian movies and pieces stuff together in an entertaining package, that I get. I even get all the tributes to the movies of the 70's, but I guess it is just me that I am not comfortable at polarizing everything to a primal I kill you, you kill me when it comes to one of the biggest human tragedy of our history. If anything, a guilty pleasure is it.

It is still better than Valkyrie (2008), I must say.

Rent it or buy it if you are a Tarantino fan, this is far better than Death Proof (2007). I do prefer Guy Ritchie movies like RocknRolla (2008) if yo like tight story lines with some heart.

Ad compaign for Waukesha Tattoo Company

Waukesha Tattoo Company @ Galleria Edge, 463 W. Main St. Waukesha, WI 53186
www.WaukeshaTattoo.com (262) 349-9013

I know my customers are waiting for the special gift I promised in the mail, they are coming and will be shipping out next week. I am honoring the term right now however. Make an appointment online with me on www.Waukeshatattoo.com.

Stay tuned, there are a lot of stuff going on right now. People just don't know where we are yet, but we will change that. We want to provide the best customer service we can, and we encourage one on one designing consultation appointments. You can even make an appointment online!

No more crazy traffic in downtown Waukesha, take hwy F exit south off Hwy 94 and just go straight, the road will curve to the left and cross Fox River. Turn left on the very first STOP SIGN (not lights) you see. As the road curves to the right, we are the second building on the right side and YES, THAT IS OUR PARKING LOT!

Make an appointment to see us! Rich and I are here, and Barry will be here very soon as well. We are pretty glad to be here in beautiful West End of Waukesha. Looking ahead for Waukesha Tattoo Company

Waukesha Tattoo Company @ Galleria Edge 463 W Main St, Waukesha, WI 53186 WWW.WaukeshaTattoo.com (262)349-9013

Barry should start by mid January, and we should be in full strength by then and have all the ground works done. A lot of people still do not know where I am, but that will be taken cared soon. Bill used to said that he does not care if someone open up next door, he know he will out-work them and no one will dare to even try again. I know I will personally work as hard as I can and I am seeing Rich is doing that as well. He sure is not afraid to work. Barry will also add his work ethic in as well. With the right promotion and great customer service, I do not see why it won't set us apart from the pack. The greatest assets of a tattoo shop are the artists, and their customer base. If you take care of your customers, they will come back to you. It is that simple.

This is one of the greatest job in the world that you get to meet so many interesting people, do art and make a living. One of my customers, Randy Sr, commented that he had not seen me smile so much, and that is what this new shop is all about. Rich and I are happy here, and I hope every single customer walked in that door will share the same happiness. We want to have a blue collar attitude but offer posh customer service with great tattoo and value. No rock star here, just hard working, down to earth, fun loving family guys. The reward is truly the work, and share the journey with each customer.

I will have my first booked day on Monday, and I am looking forward to show each and every customer the new place and the coming Flux project to transform this place into a destination in downtown Waukesha. This is our collective journey in Waukesha history, and I know you won't want to miss it.

Leap of Faith-from Black Dragon to Waukesha Tattoo Company

Waukesha Tattoo Company @ Galleria Edge 463 W. Main St. Waukesha, WI 53186 WWW.WaukeshaTattoo.com (262)349-9013 George/Rich/Barry

I think the speed of everything happening at Waukesha Tattoo Company project is breath taking but we are up and running within a month. That is including getting all the needed permits and buying/closing on a building. We still have a lot to do, Rich and Rachel keep reminding me not to get too ahead of myself and just let it ride.

It was very difficult for me to come to the decision to leave Black Dragon, where I spent 19 years, but I had to. All the stars aligned and I had to take that leap of faith and I made it to the other side. We have a good team right now and we will have like-minded people to expand on this team. Rich, Barry and I all have something to bring to the table and we will complete this team as we go along.

A lot of business owners I talked to that all told me, they held on so tight at the beginning years because it is their babies. I took a leap of faith to go and now I have to make sure I step back a little and let the rest of the team step into their roles. The ground works are almost all there, and even though time is not moving fast enough for me but I have to take another leap of faith and understand that IF WE BUILD IT, THEY WILL COME. We just need to get the words out there that we are here, and people will find us.

There will be growing pains but we will get through it. Flux design should have something for us on what the remodelling will look like, Rich and I both think our two month "temporary" setup is pretty darn good as is. It is in the unofficial mission statement that we want people to walk in and so in awe and #### themselves. ;) That will be a messy business.

BTW, I hung up the tiger scroll I gave Bill once but I traded him a dinner at Union House to get back years later, that was the perfect dinner of port tenderloin with pina colada sauce and couscous with tiramisu for dessert. I know he is with me and seeing this dream come true. I am applying what he taught me and go further on what he wanted to do but could not. Oh, yes, Bill, I am hungry. I know I still have dialogue with him in my head, and I can see his smile.

Waukesha Tattoo Company

2010 will be the year for Waukesha Tattoo Company! Rich, Barry and I are all very excited for the fun year ahead. We want to offer the best customer service and unforgettable complete art experience and of course a great tattoo with value.

We all want to give something back to Waukesha, and we are looking to help charities and have events that attract people to beautiful downtown Waukesha, especially the West End. We hope by our presence, there will be a rush of on the West End properties because WE WILL BRING IN TRAFFIC! It is so easy to come into downtown from the West End once people drive it once. No more stop and go from the parking issue around Five Point, yet everything is still in walking distance from where we are. WE HAVE A PARKING LOT!

Flux design should have something for us soon and we will have a brand new gallery space! We all feel that as is, we have one of the more spacious and inviting shop already and we will make it better! Come down and see it for yourself!

Coming from Hwy 94, you just need to take Hwy F exit, go south and just drive straight, Hwy F will turn into North St, and North St. will curve to leftand go across the Fox River and turn into Wisconsin Ave. Just turn left on the very first STOP SIGN you encounter after all the lights, that is West Ave which curves to right and becomes Main St. We are the second building on the right! You can not miss it. We are between Wisconsin House and a carpet store. Did I mention we have our own parking lot? The address is 463 W. Main St. Waukesha WI 53186 and the shop phone is 262-349-9013.

waukeshatattoo.com is coming along as well. We have online appointment requests and we even have 15 min free consult appointments. We like the one on one approach and we want to sit down and talk to each customer and help each person design their very own designs.

We offer something unique and personal, and we have almost 50 years of combined experience to back it up. Even though we have just begun, we are all very excited and feeling great about a positive working environment and we do think a happy tattoo artist will lead to a happy tattoo customer! :)

Do make some time to come see the place for yourself, feel the energy and give us a try. We know we offer something others can't, but that is what we know but for you to find out.
